Role Overview
We are looking for a highly driven Business Development Executive to join our Corporate Sales team.
In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end outbound sales, from lead generation to client engagement, working closely with HR and L&D leaders across organizations.
This is an individual contributor role focused on building a strong pipeline and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities Outbound Sales & Prospecting
- Identify and connect with HR, L&D, and business leaders across companies
- Execute cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting
- Generate and qualify high-potential leads
Pipeline Development & Sales Execution
- Build and manage a consistent sales pipeline
- Conduct discovery conversations to understand client needs
- Coordinate product demos and solution discussions
Client Engagement & Relationship Building
- Engage with decision-makers and stakeholders
- Follow up consistently to move prospects through the funnel
- Build long-term relationships with potential clients
CRM & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records in CRM tools
- Track activities, conversions, and pipeline status
- Meet weekly and monthly sales targets
Eligibility & Requirements
- 0–3 years of experience in sales / business development (freshers with strong intent can apply)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable with cold calling and outbound sales
- Interest in B2B / enterprise sales
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and resilient
Location Requirement
- On-site role in Bengaluru (Kengeri)
- Candidates must be based in Bengaluru or willing to relocate
