Core Responsibilities
- Lesson Planning: Develop and prepare structured, curriculum-aligned lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles.
- Instruction: Deliver engaging lectures, facilitate discussions, and lead interactive classroom activities.
- Assessment & Feedback: Create, administer, and grade assignments, quizzes, and exams to evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Classroom Management: Establish and enforce rules for behavior, creating a safe, respectful, and productive learning atmosphere.
- Individual Support: Identify students who need extra help or advanced challenges, and provide personalized instruction or accommodations.
- Communication: Lead parent-teacher conferences and maintain regular updates with guardians and school administration regarding student performance.
Key Skills & Requirements
- Subject-Matter Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the specific subjects or grade levels being taught.
- Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication to effectively engage students and collaborate with colleagues.
- Patience & Empathy: The ability to stay calm in hectic environments and understand the emotional and educational challenges of students.
- Qualifications: Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Education (or a relevant subject), along with state-issued teaching credentials or licenses.
Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
