About the Role
We are seeking a senior, system-driven HR Operations Head to build, implement, and strengthen structured HR governance across the organization.
This is a high-accountability leadership role responsible for:
- Implementing a robust Performance Management System (PMS)
- Driving structured evaluation and review mechanisms
- Building a formal training and development framework
- Strengthening HR discipline, documentation, and follow-through
- Elevating the capability and professionalism of the HR team
The selected candidate will be expected not only to implement systems but also to upgrade team capability, improve communication standards, and build structured execution discipline within HR operations.
This is a role for a builder and enforcer of systems — not a maintenance administrator.
Key Responsibilities
1. HR Operations & Governance
- Design and implement structured HR operating systems
- Drive adherence to timelines, documentation standards, and internal controls
- Ensure all HR paperwork and compliance processes are completed without follow-ups
- Build clear escalation and reporting mechanisms
- Strengthen process ownership and accountability across HR
2. Performance Management System (PMS) Implementation
- Design and roll out a structured, measurable PMS framework
- Align KPIs/KRAs across all departments
- Drive disciplined monthly review cycles during rollout
- Transition organization into structured quarterly review cadence
- Create performance dashboards for leadership visibility
- Ensure objective, measurable evaluation standards
3. HR Team Capability Building
- Assess current HR team capability gaps
- Train and mentor team members in:
- Communication discipline
- Professional documentation
- Risk awareness
- Escalation protocols
- Follow-through and closure
- Implement quality control systems for HR output
- Ensure no task remains pending due to lack of ownership
- Raise professional standards across the HR function
4. Learning & Development Framework
- Design structured onboarding frameworks
- Identify skill and behavioral gaps across departments
- Build targeted training modules
- Track training impact and performance improvement
- Implement ongoing development programs
5. Employee Lifecycle & Risk Management
- Ensure smooth onboarding, confirmation, and exit processes
- Standardize documentation for all employee stages
- Implement risk-sensitive handling of employee matters
- Strengthen documentation to reduce compliance exposure
- Improve tone, professionalism, and employee interaction quality
6. Communication & Documentation Excellence
- Draft and standardize policies, letters, agreements, and internal communication
- Implement documentation review checkpoints
- Ensure clarity, professionalism, and neutrality in HR communication
- Reduce escalations caused by tone or miscommunication

Candidate Profile
- 10–12+ years in operational HR leadership
- Experience implementing structured PMS frameworks
- Experience mentoring and upgrading HR teams
- Strong exposure to governance, documentation, and risk-sensitive environments
- Comfortable working in execution-driven, accountability-focused organizations

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
