Job Summary
We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) with strong experience in outbound telesales.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable making outbound calls, directly pitching products/services, handling objections and closing sales while working towards telesales targets.
This is a hardcore outbound telesales role and requires hands-on experience in product/service pitching and closures.
Key Responsibilities
- Make high-volume outbound sales calls to prospective customers
- Directly pitch products and services over the phone
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services
- Handle customer objections and queries effectively
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into customers
- Achieve individual and team sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups and conversions
- Drive sales through effective communication and negotiation
- Consistently work towards monthly/weekly telesales targets
Preferred Experience
Candidates with experience in any of the following will be preferred:
- Loan Sales
- Insurance Sales
- Policy Sales
- Channel Sales
- Software Sales
- Other target-driven outbound telesales processes involving direct product pitching and closures
Mandatory Requirements
- Direct experience in outbound sales calling
- Comfortable with telesales targets
- Hands-on experience in product/service pitching
- Proven exposure to sales closures/conversions
- Fluent communication in Hindi, English and Bengali
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
