Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company standards.
- Take customer orders and provide friendly, professional service.
- Maintain cleanliness of the café, workstations, and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
- Restock supplies and monitor inventory levels.
- Promote and upsell menu items to customers.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints courteously.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience as a barista.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and café operations (training can be provided).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Positive attitude, punctuality, and team-player mindset.
