- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of software development activities to meet project goals.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to enhance overall capabilities.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Agentic AI Architecture.
- Strong experience in designing scalable and maintainable software solutions using Microsoft Agentic AI Architecture.
- Ability to analyze complex system requirements and translate them into effective architectural designs.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges within software development projects.
- Experience in collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to integrate various software components.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle processes and best practices related to Microsoft Agentic AI Architecture.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Agentic AI Architecture.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
