About the Role
MMPL (IndiaPicture / Shutterstock / StudioIP) is hiring a Relationship Manager to grow our existing West-region client portfolio. This is not a new-business hunting role — we already have an established base of ~1,800 customers in the region. Your job is to deepen these relationships, uncover new requirements, and expand our commercial footprint within accounts that already know and trust MMPL.
You'll be based in Delhi initially, working closely with the West Region Head to learn our products, systems, and customers before the team eventually expands.
What You'll Do
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing West-region corporate and agency clients
- Learn and represent IndiaPicture, Shutterstock, and StudioIP offerings
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within current accounts
- Build relationships across multiple functions within client organizations (creative, marketing, procurement, brand)
- Reactivate dormant accounts and grow billing from underutilized relationships
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar) for account research, meeting prep, and proposal work
- Coordinate with internal teams to convert client requirements into commercial opportunities
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years of B2B relationship/account management experience
- Background in stock content/content licensing, creative production, advertising agency client servicing, or MarTech/B2B SaaS sales to marketing teams
- Strong commercial curiosity — ability to identify opportunity beyond the client's stated request
- Comfortable with change; willing to learn an evolving product suite
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable using AI productivity tools in daily work
What We're NOT Looking For
- Candidates whose main strength is opening new accounts rather than growing existing ones
- Candidates who rely primarily on discounting to close deals
- Candidates who need a fixed script or fixed product to sell
