We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive brand partnerships, sponsorships, and revenue opportunities for Just Curious – Rapid Rashmi. The role involves generating leads, pitching to brands, building client relationships, and closing collaborations for podcasts, digital content, events, and associated properties.
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Brand Partnership & Sponsorship Sales
- Identify and approach brands for podcast sponsorships and collaborations.
- Pitch advertising and promotional opportunities across Just Curious platforms.
- Generate revenue through branded content, integrations, and partnerships.
2. Lead Generation & Client Acquisition
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, LinkedIn, references, and outreach.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients and partners.
- Identify new business opportunities in media, lifestyle, fashion, startups, FMCG, and related industries.
3. Client Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships with clients and agencies.
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable collaboration opportunities.
- Ensure smooth communication and follow-ups throughout the sales cycle.
4. Sales Meetings & Presentations
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and pitch discussions.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and pricing decks.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close deals.
5. Coordination with Internal Teams
- Work closely with production, marketing, and content teams for campaign execution.
- Ensure brand deliverables are executed as committed.
- Coordinate timelines and campaign requirements internally.
6. Revenue & Target Management
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain daily activity reports and sales trackers.
- Provide regular updates on pipeline and closures.
7. Market Research
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, influencer marketing, and digital media opportunities.
- Suggest new monetization ideas and partnership opportunities.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in media sales, digital marketing sales, influencer marketing, ad sales, or sponsorship sales preferred
