- Routine & Preventive Maintenance: Perform scheduled maintenance, lubrication, cleaning, and overhauling of spinning machinery according to the preventive maintenance calendar.
- Troubleshooting & Repairs: Attend to mechanical breakdowns promptly. Diagnose faults in gears, bearings, spindles, drafting systems, cams, and pneumatic components, and replace defective parts.
- Machine Set-up & Leveling: Execute precise leveling, alignment, and gauging of machine components (e.g., spindle-to-ring centering, traveler cleaner setting, drafting roller alignment) to prevent yarn imperfections and end-breaks.
- Component Overhauling: Dismantle, repair, and reassemble complex machinery assemblies during scheduled plant shutdowns or deep-maintenance cycles.
- Count & Process Changes: Assist production teams in mechanical settings and gear changes required for changing yarn counts, twist parameters, or raw material shifts.
- Safety & Housekeeping: Adhere to strict industrial safety protocols (including Lockout/Tagout procedures). Maintain a clean, hazard-free workshop and machinery zone.
- Documentation: Maintain logs of maintenance activities, parts replaced, and machine breakdown durations.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
