Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Automation Sales Engineer to join our smart home automation division. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, explaining smart home automation solutions, and helping convert enquiries into confirmed projects.
The role is suitable for candidates with experience in interior sales, electrical products, CCTV/security systems, lighting, home appliances, or building material sales.
Responsibilities
- Generate new leads for smart home automation projects.
- Visit client sites and understand automation requirements.
- Explain products such as smart switches, curtain automation, smart locks, sensors, lighting automation, voice control, and app-based control.
- Build relationships with architects, builders, interior designers, electricians, and contractors.
- Coordinate with the technical team for quotations and proposals.
- Follow up with clients after sending quotations.
- Support in closing deals and collecting advance payments.
- Maintain daily lead reports and follow-up status.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
Requirements
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Interest in smart home technology and interior solutions.
- Previous sales experience preferred.
- Knowledge in interiors, electrical, CCTV, lighting, building material sales will be an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Excel, and Google Sheets.
- Two-wheeler preferred.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude.
Qualification:
Any UG Degree. Candidates with good communication skills and interest in sales/smart home technology are preferred.

0–3 years. Freshers can also apply.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
