Lappy Maker Infosolutions Pvt. Ltd. is a leading provider of refurbished laptops, desktops, IT accessories, laptop rental services, and enterprise IT solutions. We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive sales growth, generate leads, and build long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and market research.
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, educational institutions, startups, and government organizations.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT products and rental solutions.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate commercial terms.
- Follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify new opportunities.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong lead generation and client acquisition abilities.
- Good presentation and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Inside Sales.
- Experience in IT hardware, laptop sales, rentals, or technology solutions will be preferred.
Compensation
Upto 30,000 per month and offered totally depends on interview performance and knowledge.
