*We are looking for a business finance professional with 2–3 years of experience in financial planning, budgeting, MIS reporting, and business finance operations, with hands-on exposure to end-to-end financial analysis and decision-support functions.
Key Responsibilities
Business Finance
Prepare and analyze monthly MIS reports, variance analysis, and management dashboards.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
Monitor business performance against budgets and identify key financial risks/opportunities.
Conduct profitability analysis for business units, projects, and cost centers.
Support management in strategic decision-making through financial insights and recommendations.
Prepare financial models and scenario analysis for business planning.
Work closely with operational teams to optimize costs and improve financial efficiency.
Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and reporting standards.
Financial Analysis & Reporting
Prepare periodic financial reports for senior management review.
Analyze revenue trends, cost structures, and working capital requirements.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities from a finance perspective.
Assist in cash flow planning and fund utilization monitoring.
Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and internal stakeholders as required.
Requirements
Qualified CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) with 2–3 years of relevant experience in Business Finance / FP&A / Financial Analysis.
Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, MIS reporting, and financial modelling.
Proficiency in Excel, financial reporting tools, and ERP systems.
Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and support business decision-making.
