Now we want to systematically build outbound pipelines and scale corporate
partnerships.
This is not a “follow up on leads” role. This role exists to answer one question: Can we proactively create and close high-quality corporate opportunities? You will be the person who proves that the answer is yes.
- Outbound Pipeline Creation (Primary Lever)
- Prospect into L&D leaders, Product Heads, Engineering Leaders
- Build and run outbound motions (LinkedIn, email, warm intros, events)
- Open doors in mid-market and enterprise accounts
- Consultative Discovery Solutioning
- Diagnose capability gaps (product thinking, operating model, leadership)
- Translate business problems into learning interventions
- Position IPL offerings as outcomes, not training programs
- End-to-End Deal Ownership

- Work with internal team members on proposal creation
- Shape custom workshop/program designs
- Ensure proposals are sharp, relevant, and outcome-driven
- Early Team Building & Playbook Creation
- Build repeatable outbound + closing playbooks
- Over time, help scale a small team
- Strong self-generated pipeline (not dependent on inbound)
- Consistent deal closures
- Clear, repeatable sales motion for corporate programs
- Early signs of account expansion / repeat business
- 8+ years in B2B sales
- Background in consulting sales / L&D / training / capability building
- Strong familiarity with how corporate L&D functions operate
- You have built pipeline through outbound, not just converted inbound
- You’ve sold into mid–senior stakeholders (Director / VP level)
- You can manage multi-stakeholder, consultative sales cycles
- You sell solutions to problems, not products
- You’re comfortable with ambiguity and shaping deals
You can go from first cold outreach- signed contract
- Experience selling custom learning / transformation programs
- Exposure to product / tech organizations
- Have operated in a rapidly scaling organization
