About the Role
We're looking for a CRM Executive who is confident, persuasive, and genuinely enjoys interacting with people. This isn't just a customer support role, it's about building relationships, understanding customer needs, converting potential customers into loyal shoppers, and ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression of LaFetch.

What You'll Do
- Reach out to potential customers through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Convert leads into paying customers by understanding their preferences and recommending the right products.
- Build and nurture long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat purchases.
- Handle customer queries before, during, and after purchase with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer concerns and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolutions.
- Follow up with customers regarding abandoned carts, inquiries, and post-purchase feedback.
- Maintain accurate customer records and interaction history within the CRM platform.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on customer preferences.
- Work closely with the marketing, operations, and brand teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Share customer insights and feedback to help improve products, campaigns, and the overall shopping experience.
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Has outstanding spoken and written English communication skills.
- Is naturally persuasive and enjoys interacting with people.
- Has strong sales instincts and knows how to build trust with customers.
- Is confident handling customer objections and converting conversations into sales.
- Is empathetic, patient, and solution-oriented while addressing customer concerns.
- Has excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Is organized and can manage multiple customer conversations simultaneously.
- Learns quickly and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Is comfortable using Google Sheets, CRMs, and communication tools (or is eager to learn).
Bonus Points If You
- Have prior experience in sales, customer success, business development, retail, or customer support.
- Are passionate about fashion, D2C brands, or e-commerce.
- Have experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Freshsales, Salesforce, or similar tools.
