Job Title: Head-Finance & Accounts
Qualification: CA/ICWA/ICS/Inter/MCom
Exp: 10 to 15 yrs
>Should be from a Engineering Domain Exposure or Experience
Skill Set:
1. Overseeing all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting and financial planning
2. Developing and implementing financial strategies towards profitability and long-term sustainability
3. Providing leadership and direction to the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence
4. Excellent decision-making, analytical and problem solving abilities with attention to detail and accuracy
5.10+ Years of demonstrable experience in a senior finance leadership role
6. Familiarity with ERP systems and financial reporting tools (e.g. SAP, Oracle etc)
7. Support project analysis and validating the plans
8. Prepare the monthly/Quarterly MIS
9. Ensuring compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
