Responsibilities
- Connect with potential donors through calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
- Explain the NGO's mission and ongoing campaigns.
- Encourage individuals to make one-time and monthly donations.
- Maintain donor records and follow up regularly.
- Achieve monthly fundraising targets.
- Build long-term relationships with donors.
Requirements
- Good communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus).
- Confident speaking over the phone.
- Smartphone/Laptop with stable internet.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
