Hiring: Senior Design Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Senior Design Engineer with 7+ years of expertise in packaging machinery, conveyor systems, SPMs, or industrial automation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design packaging machines, conveyors, pick-and-place systems, palletizing & robotic automation solutions
- Prepare 2D/3D drawings, assemblies, GA drawings, BOMs & technical documents using AutoCAD/SolidWorks
- Perform mechanism design, engineering calculations, material selection & DFMEA
- Optimize designs for cost reduction, modularity & manufacturability
- Coordinate with production, purchase, assembly teams & customers for technical support and approvals
- Support R&D and ensure compliance with safety, GMP & FMCG standards
Requirements:
- Minimum 7+ years of machine design experience
- Expertise in AutoCAD & SolidWorks (PDM knowledge is an advantage)
- Strong knowledge of pneumatics, servo systems, sheet metal, fabrication, machining & robotic interfaces
- Experience handling complete design projects independently from concept to final release
- Knowledge of GD&T, tolerance stack-up, CE/GMP compliance & manufacturing processes
