Key Responsibilities:
- Product Demonstrations:
- Provide in-person demonstrations of portable ramps and other mobility solutions to prospective customers.
- Highlight features, benefits, and usage to customers, ensuring they understand the value of the product.
- Sales Visits:
- Visit surgical stores and other relevant businesses to showcase products and establish partnerships.
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders to encourage repeat business.
- Lead Generation and Conversion:
- Identify potential clients through research, networking, and field visits.
- Follow up on leads generated via marketing channels, inquiries, and referrals to convert them into sales.
- Sales Closure:
- Negotiate terms and finalize deals with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets.
- Quotations and Communication:
- Prepare and send detailed quotations to customers.
- Respond to client inquiries via email and phone promptly and professionally.
- Market Research:
- Gather feedback from customers and share insights with the product development team to improve offerings.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products.
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and deal progress.
- Prepare and submit regular reports to the Sales Manager.
Requirements:
- Education: Undergraduate in any discipline. A degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of field sales experience, (freshers can also apply)
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to give engaging product demonstrations.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email tools.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Other:
- Willingness to travel extensively.
- Valid driver’s license and access to personal transportation preferred.
