Job Title: Occupational Health Nurse

Job Summary
We are looking for qualified and dedicated Occupational Health Nurses to support 24/7 medical and occupational health services at an industrial fabrication yard.
The successful candidates will provide first aid, support medical emergencies, assist with health surveillance, conduct site visits and support the Doctor and OHC team in maintaining a safe and healthy workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first aid and basic medical assistance to employees and site personnel.
- Support the Doctor during OPD and occupational health services.
- Attend medical emergencies and provide immediate nursing support.
- Participate in emergency response and patient stabilization.
- Conduct regular site visits as required.
- Support occupational health surveillance activities.
- Assist in maintaining patient records and medical documentation.
- Support ambulance operations and emergency patient transportation.
- Assist in patient transfer and hospital referral arrangements.
- Monitor patients and provide appropriate nursing care as directed by the Doctor.
- Check and maintain emergency medical equipment and supplies.
- Participate in emergency preparedness activities and mock drills.
- Conduct health awareness and training programmes for employees.
- Support workplace health promotion initiatives.
- Maintain OHC cleanliness, hygiene and infection-control practices.
- Report medical incidents and emergency cases to the Doctor/OHC In-Charge.
- Ensure compliance with project medical procedures and HSE requirements.
Minimum Qualifications
- B.Sc Nursing / GNM.
- Valid Registered Nurse / Nursing Council Registration.
- BLS certification mandatory.
- Industrial / Occupational Health / Trauma experience preferred.
- Experience in construction, fabrication yard, oil & gas, manufacturing, shipyard or similar industrial environments will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
