We're looking for a Creative Strategist Intern who can sit at the intersection of sharp thinking and fast execution. Someone who understands that in performance marketing, the creative IS the targeting.
Role Overview
This is not a passive learning internship. You will be expected to think, brief, coordinate, and track from Day 1. You'll work directly with the founding team to develop, test, and iterate ad creatives across active client campaigns on Meta Ads — with a clear focus on speed, precision, and performance.

What You'll Do
- Research & Ideation — Analyse Meta Ad Library, competitor creatives, and trending content formats to identify winning hooks, angles, and structures
- Creative Briefing — Write clear, detailed creative briefs covering hook, narrative, CTA, audience insight, format, and the hypothesis being tested
- Production Coordination — Work with content creators and editors to get creatives produced on time and strictly to brief
- Creative Testing — Set up and organize ad-level creative tests inside Meta Ads Manager with proper naming conventions and single-variable structure
- Performance Tracking — Monitor Hook Rate, Hold Rate, CTR, CPC, and CVR across tested creatives; maintain a structured performance log
- Learning Documentation — Record what worked, what didn't, and why — building an internal creative intelligence system over time
- Swipe File Management — Maintain an organized library of reference creatives sorted by niche, format, and objective
What We're Looking For
Must Have:
- Basic to working knowledge of Meta Ads — you understand creative formats, ad sets, and why the hook matters
- Strong written communication — capable of writing punchy hooks, clear copy, and structured briefs
- Analytical thinking — you can look at performance data and draw a clear next action, not just a report
- A good eye for content — you know the difference between UGC and polished ads, and what makes someone stop mid-scroll
- Speed and ownership mindset — you execute without waiting to be pushed, and you take quality personally
Good to Have:
- Prior experience in digital marketing, paid ads, or content strategy (internship, freelance, or self-led projects)
- Familiarity with tools like Meta Ads Manager, Canva, Google Sheets, Notion, or ClickUp
- Exposure to DTC or eCommerce brand marketing
- Understanding of creative frameworks — AIDA, hook structures, problem-solution-CTA
