Job Summary
We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executives with at least 1.5 year of experience in real estate sales. The candidate will be responsible for lead handling, client interaction, site visits, and closing sales.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound sales leads for plots/residential projects
Explain project details, pricing, and payment plans to clients
Conduct site visits and client meetings
Maintain follow-ups and convert prospects into customers
Achieve monthly sales targets assigned by management
Maintain proper documentation and CRM records
Coordinate with legal, accounts, and admin teams for booking formalities
Provide post-sales support to customers
Keep updated with market trends and competitor projects
Eligibility & Requirements
Minimum 1.5 year of experience in real estate sales
Graduate (preferred, but not mandatory)
Good communication and negotiation skills
Knowledge of Noida / NCR real estate market is an advantage
Comfortable with field work and site visits
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM tools
