Job Description of the role :
- Driving agenda, creating materials with business/FP&A and Track / closure of action items for each BU’s monthly Business Review Meeting
- Planning & driving weekly Insurance heads meeting & action items to closure
- Provide meaningful insights to senior leadership for ‘optimal’ business decision making
- Quarterly Business Review presentations related to Insurance business to EC members
- Proactive analysis & alerts on business health and concern areas
- Objective Key Results formulation, reporting and tracking for Insurance
- Objective Key Results coaching to business teams
- Closely work with senior management and
- Coordination with various teams across organization
- Ascertaining accuracy of information gathered from multiple teams
- Top down budget & target setting

Strategic Planning

Education qualifications and experience :
- MBA Finance/Chartered Accountant
- Bachelors of Accounting
- 6-9 years of experience
Responsibilities: Lead business review governance (monthly/weekly), ensuring agendas, materials, and action items are tracked to closure.
Deliver data-driven insights, proactive analysis, and executive presentations to support leadership decision-making and business health monitoring.
Drive planning rigor including OKRs, budgeting, compliance, and cross-functional coordination with senior management and teams.
