We are seeking a results-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to manage and execute digital marketing campaigns for the USA market. The ideal candidate should have experience in D2C marketing, paid advertising, SEO, email marketing, and performance analysis, with a strong understanding of U.S. consumer behavior and digital trends.
Key ResponsibilitiesPerformance Marketing
- Execute and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns targeting the U.S. market.
- Support Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Display, Shopping, and Performance Max.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR, and conversions.
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, landing pages, and ad copy.
SEO & Website Optimization
- Perform keyword research focused on USA search trends.
- Optimize website content, blogs, and landing pages for search engines.
- Monitor website performance using Google Analytics and Search Console.
- Coordinate with developers to improve website speed and user experience.
Content & Social Media
- Coordinate with content creators and designers for campaign assets.
- Support organic social media growth across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Repurpose content for paid campaigns.
Marketplace & E-commerce
- Support marketing initiatives for Shopify and other U.S. eCommerce channels.
- Optimize product listings and landing pages for better conversions.
- Coordinate with marketplace teams to improve online visibility.
Analytics & Reporting
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Analyze customer behavior using Google Analytics 4.
- Identify growth opportunities based on campaign data.
- Track marketing KPIs and recommend improvements.
Market Research
- Research competitors in the U.S. health and wellness industry.
- Monitor consumer trends and emerging digital marketing opportunities.
- Stay updated with platform algorithm changes and advertising policies.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience managing campaigns for USA-based D2C or eCommerce brands.
- Experience in health, wellness, nutraceutical, skincare, or FMCG industries is an advantage.
