Position description: Executive Customer Service
Primary Responsibilities:
- Coordination with overseas agents
- Coordination with customers
- To quote rates to the customers and feedback
- Arrange shipments as per customer’s requirements at various destinations
- Send CAN to the customers well before arrival the shipments
- Arrange DSRs to the premium customers on daily basis
- Making routing orders in Topaz with selling rates
- To check the overseas invoices
- To arrange the manifest docs from the forwarders well before
- Arranging planning for road movements (Multi city container boxes)
- Sending flyers for new services
- Updation of global rate sheets for corporate accounts
- Follow up for payments for outstanding
