Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement age-appropriate lessons and activities
- Create a safe, engaging, and stimulating classroom environment
- Use interactive teaching techniques such as storytelling, play-based learning, and creative arts
- Support children’s social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and communicate effectively with parents
- Observe, assess, and document each child’s progress and adapt teaching methods as needed
Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in early childhood education or kindergarten activities
- Ability to design engaging, hands-on learning experiences
- Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with young children
- Bachelor’s degree (required)
- Certification in Early Childhood Education (preferred but not mandatory)
