Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced HR professional with strong exposure to the Construction / Real Estate / EPC industry to manage end-to-end HR operations for our projects and corporate office.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in construction manpower management, site HR, recruitment, labour compliance and employee relations, with the ability to work closely with Project Managers and senior management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete HR operations for construction projects and site teams.
- Handle recruitment and onboarding of engineers, supervisors, skilled/semi-skilled workers and support staff.
- Develop and maintain a reliable construction manpower pool for current and upcoming projects.
- Coordinate manpower deployment, transfers, attendance and workforce requirements across project sites.
- Handle site HR and employee relations, including grievances, disciplinary matters and employee engagement.
- Maintain attendance, leave, payroll inputs and employee records.
- Coordinate with project teams regarding manpower planning and workforce productivity.
- Ensure timely joining and deployment of required manpower at project sites.
- Manage contractor/subcontractor manpower documentation and coordination.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements and company HR policies.
- Coordinate with contractors regarding labour documentation, wage records and statutory compliance.
- Support audits, inspections and statutory documentation related to manpower and labour compliance.
- Prepare HR MIS, manpower reports, attendance reports and recruitment status reports.
- Implement HR policies, SOPs and disciplinary procedures across project locations.
- Work closely with senior management to resolve manpower and HR-related issues.
Candidate Profile
Must Have:
- Graduate degree; MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.
- 3–5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in Construction, EPC, Infrastructure or Real Estate.
- Strong experience in site HR / project HR and construction manpower management.
- Good knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance.
- Experience handling large-scale blue-collar and technical manpower.
- Strong recruitment and manpower planning capabilities.
- Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently at construction sites and coordinate with senior project management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HR MIS.
Preferred Candidate
Candidates who have worked with construction contractors, EPC companies, infrastructure companies or real estate developers and have independently handled project/site HR operations will be preferred.

Compensation
Salary: Competitive and commensurate with experience and industry standards.
Note: Candidates with strong construction industry HR experience will be given preference over candidates with only corporate/generalist HR experience.
