We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive who can contribute to business growth through lead generation, client communication, and sales coordination.
Job Summary
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, maintaining client relationships, and supporting overall sales growth. The candidate should possess strong communication skills, confidence in client interaction, and the ability to achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Generate new business opportunities and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
- Handle client queries and provide proper information about company services
- Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and client communication
- Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with clients
- Work closely with the sales and marketing team for business expansion
- Maintain daily reports and update CRM/sales data regularly
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 0–2 years of experience in sales/business development (Freshers can also apply)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and email communication
- Ability to negotiate and convince clients professionally
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
