Full job description

A suitable profile will be adept at G-Slides, G-Sites, Microsoft Office, Figma and Synthesia to join our creative team. Your role will be pivotal in enhancing our visual storytelling, crafting narratives that resonate with our audience and reflect our brand. Knowledge of brand guidelines and their application is essential.

Reporting to: Team Lead

Experience: 3 to 4 years

Key Responsibilities:

Utilize Google Slides, Docs, and Microsoft Office Suite for collaborative content creation, maintaining brand consistency.
Leverage G-Sites & Figma to design immersive web experiences beyond traditional presentations.
Utilize Synthesia for personalized, AI-driven training videos to boost engagement and product awareness.
Create visually appealing graphics for print and digital materials, adhering to brand guidelines.
Develop high-fidelity mockups to solicit stakeholder feedback.
Employ G-Suite, Synthesia, and Microsoft Office Suite for impactful presentations and documents.
Stay updated on visual design trends, particularly in G-Sites, G-Slides, Figma and Synthesia.
Contribute creative ideas in brainstorming sessions to elevate project quality.
Manage multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field.
3 -4 years of professional experience in visual design, preferably in a creative agency or design studio.
Proven experience in Visual Design, showcasing expertise in G-Sites, G-Slides, Figma and Synthesia.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
Strong grasp of design principles, typography, and color theory.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Organizational prowess and ability to meet deadlines.
Innovative mindset with a drive for continuous improvement.
Video editing experience is advantageous
Having exposure to working with large brands/organizations will be added advantage
Stakeholder Management experience is a most desirable.
