Job Description
Anyhelp Packers and Movers is hiring an experienced HR cum Accountant to manage both HR operations and accounting activities. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee management, billing, payment handling, payroll support, and daily accounts management. Candidates should be capable of handling office administration and financial operations professionally.
Key Responsibilities
HR Responsibilities
Handle recruitment, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Maintain employee attendance and HR records
Manage HR documentation and staff coordination
Support payroll and employee engagement activities
Implement HR policies and office procedures
Accounts Responsibilities
Handle billing, invoices, and payment follow-ups
Maintain daily accounts and expense records
Manage payment entries and financial reports
Handle vouchers, cash records, and accounting documentation
Support day-to-day accounting operations using MS Excel or accounting software
Requirements
2 to 3 years of experience in HR and Accounts
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field
Knowledge of billing, payroll, and accounting procedures
Good communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and accounting software
Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
