About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our team as Business Development / Sales Executive Interns. This role is ideal for students, freshers, and candidates who are passionate about sales, customer interaction, marketing, and startup culture.
As part of our growing premium co-living/property brand, you will gain real-time exposure to client handling, lead generation, sales operations, and business growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage leads through online and offline channels
- Interact with potential clients and explain property offerings
- Schedule and coordinate property visits/viewings
- Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships
- Assist with occupancy and sales activities
- Support marketing and promotional campaigns
- Coordinate with operations and property management teams
- Maintain daily updates and reporting of leads and conversions
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident, proactive, and presentable personality
- Interest in sales, business development, and customer engagement
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets is a plus
