Key Responsibilities :
Make outbound calls to patients/customers for appointment booking and follow-ups.
Handle inbound calls related to healthcare services, test bookings, consultations, and medical packages.
Explain medical services, diagnostic tests, wellness packages, and doctor consultation processes clearly.
Coordinate with labs, hospitals, and internal teams for smooth patient service.
Confirm appointments and send reminders to patients.
Maintain accurate patient records and update CRM/software regularly.
Resolve patient queries and escalate critical issues when required.
Follow up with patients for feedback and service satisfaction.
Achieve daily calling and appointment booking targets. Ensure confidentiality of patient information as per company policy.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
