We are looking for a technically qualified and proactive professional to coordinate customer inquiries, sample trials, technical follow-ups, and administrative activities. The role involves customer interaction, sample management, market research, data analysis, and coordination with sales and internal teams to ensure smooth business operations and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate customer inquiries, product samples, trials, and feedback.
- Follow up on orders, commercial opportunities, and customer requirements.
- Manage sample dispatches and maintain trial records.
- Prepare reports, quotations, and customer databases.
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
- Support sales and technical teams with coordination and documentation.
- Visit customers for technical discussions, trial reviews, and relationship building.
Qualification & Experience
- Diploma/Degree in Chemical, Polymer, Plastics, Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in plastics, rubber, chemicals, or industrial products.
- Good communication, analytical, and MS Office skills, Google sheet.
Salary
- ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month (based on experience and skills).
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
