1. Calendar & Schedule Management
- Manage and organize the Director’s daily schedule, meetings, and appointments.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, calls, and events.
- Prioritize appointments and ensure efficient time management.
2. Communication & Coordination
- Act as a point of contact between the Director and employees, clients, and vendors.
- Handle emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of the Director.
- Ensure smooth communication across departments.
3. Meeting & Documentation Support
- Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and reports.
- Take meeting notes and maintain records of important discussions and decisions.
- Follow up on action items from meetings.
4. Administrative Support
- Maintain confidential documents, files, and records.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and business documents.
- Handle travel arrangements, bookings, and logistics if required.
5. Project & Task Coordination
- Track ongoing projects and deadlines assigned by the Director.
- Coordinate with different teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Monitor progress and provide updates to the Director.
6. Office & Operational Support
- Assist in day-to-day administrative and operational activities.
- Ensure smooth workflow between departments.
- Support the Director in decision-making by gathering relevant information and reports.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
