Key Responsibilities
- Develop PCB layouts using Altium Designer and PADS based on schematics and engineering requirements.
- Perform component placement, routing, layer management and PCB design-rule checks.
- Design multilayer PCBs with proper power, ground and signal routing practices.
- Work on analog, digital and mixed-signal PCB layouts.
- Perform high-speed routing including differential pairs, impedance-controlled signals and length matching.
- Handle BGA, QFN, QFP, connectors and other complex SMD components.
- Ensure proper PCB stack-up, creepage, clearance and routing constraints.
- Generate and verify Gerber, NC Drill, ODB++, Pick-and-Place and other manufacturing files.
- Perform Design Rule Check (DRC) and resolve layout-related errors.
- Cross-check schematics, BOM, footprints and PCB layout for consistency.
- Create and maintain PCB footprints, symbols and component libraries.
- Apply DFM, DFA and DFT principles during PCB design.
- Coordinate with Hardware, Mechanical, Manufacturing and Production teams to resolve design and manufacturing issues.
- Support PCB fabrication, assembly, prototype build and engineering changes.
- Review PCB designs for manufacturability, reliability and compliance with applicable IPC standards.
- Incorporate Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and maintain proper design revision control.
- Support PCB testing, debugging and design modifications based on prototype feedback.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹95,000.00 per month
