About the Role
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic Communication & Social Media Manager to lead the organization's internal and external communications while managing the digital presence of Ardee Group and its EdTech division across social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement communication strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Manage and grow the company's presence across social media platforms.
- Create engaging content, including captions, posts, blogs, newsletters, and announcements.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Coordinate with the design, videography, and photography teams for content creation.
- Monitor social media performance and prepare monthly analytics reports.
- Manage online reputation and respond to audience queries promptly.
- Coordinate communication for school events, admissions, launches, and corporate initiatives.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends and recommend innovative strategies.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in communications, branding, or social media management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with social media platforms, content calendars, and analytics tools.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in the education or EdTech sector.
- Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar creative tools.
- Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing.
