We are looking for a detail-oriented Tender Executive to manage the complete tendering process, from identifying opportunities to preparing and submitting bids. The ideal candidate should have strong documentation, coordination, and communication skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Search and identify relevant tenders through government and private procurement portals.
- Prepare, compile, and submit technical and commercial bid documents within timelines.
- Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, terms & conditions, and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Finance, Technical, and Management) for required documents and approvals.
- Maintain records of submitted tenders, EMDs, BGs, contracts, and bid status.
- Upload tender documents on e-procurement portals and ensure successful bid submission.
- Track tender results, prepare MIS reports, and follow up with clients regarding bid status.
- Handle registration and renewal of vendor registrations, digital signatures, and statutory documents.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and tender requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA or relevant certification preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in tender management, bid coordination, or proposal preparation.
- Experience with Government e-Marketplace (GeM), CPP Portal, and other e-tendering platforms is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of government procurement procedures and tender documentation.
- Familiarity with EMD, Bank Guarantees, purchase orders, and contract management.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
