Sales & Business Development
- Generate new business leads through cold calling, local networking, and targeted corporate outreach.
- Conduct client consultations to understand event visions, budgets, guest counts, and dietary needs.
- Create custom proposals, negotiate pricing, and finalize legally binding catering contracts.
- Conduct venue site inspections and coordinate menu tasting sessions with prospective clients.
- Drive revenue growth by up-selling premium menu packages, bar services, and rental equipment.
Marketing & Brand Awareness
- Execute marketing campaigns to promote catering services for corporate events, weddings, and holidays.
- Manage digital channels, including social media and email newsletters, to showcase food and event setups.
- Update promotional materials such as seasonal menus, digital brochures, and media kits.
- Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to identify new growth opportunities.
Client Relations & Event Coordination
- Serve as primary contact for clients from the initial inquiry until the completion of the event.
- Draft Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) to communicate exact client timelines and setups to the kitchen.
- Coordinate with operations and culinary teams to guarantee seamless on-site event execution.
- Gather client feedback post-event to measure satisfaction and secure repeat business.
Administration & Reporting
- Maintain CRM databases by logging all client interactions, pipelines, and booking details daily.
- Track weekly sales metrics and present performance reports to the management team.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
