We are seeking a Business Development & Sales professional with 1+ years of experience in an influencer marketing agency to drive revenue and client acquisition. The role involves identifying and researching potential brand partners, generating qualified leads through LinkedIn and outbound outreach, and owning the complete sales cycle from pitching and proposal creation to negotiation and closure. The ideal candidate will develop customised influencer marketing strategies, conduct client meetings, maintain CRM and pipeline tracking, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution. Strong communication, negotiation skills, and a target-driven, hunter mindset are essential to build long-term client relationships and achieve sales targets.
