We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Mohali. The ideal candidate should be able to manage multiple projects, coordinate with development teams, communicate effectively with clients, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end software development projects.
- Coordinate with developers, designers, QA, and other team members.
- Gather project requirements and create project plans and timelines.
- Assign tasks to developers and monitor daily progress.
- Conduct regular stand-up meetings and track project status.
- Communicate with clients to understand requirements and provide project updates.
- Handle client queries, feedback, and change requests professionally.
- Identify project risks and resolve issues proactively.
- Ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality standards.
- Prepare project reports, documentation, and progress updates.
- Work closely with management to improve project execution and team productivity.
Required Skills
- 4–5 years of experience as a Project Manager in an IT/software company.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Excellent client communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing development teams and multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Good knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, ClickUp, Asana, or similar.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Pay: ₹621,275.91 - ₹2,136,865.41 per year
