Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant with strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, inventory, logistics, and e-commerce/Amazon accounting.
Key Responsibilities
Handle complete accounting operations using Tally / Tally Prime
Manage GST compliance, GST returns, reconciliations, and documentation
Handle Income Tax calculations, compliance, and coordination with consultants
Prepare and manage E-Way Bills, E-Challans, and other statutory documents
Maintain and reconcile inventory
Handle purchase, sales, expenses, logistics, and vendor accounting
Manage Amazon and other e-commerce platform accounting
Prepare and analyse Amazon reports, settlement reports, sales reports, returns, fees, commissions, and deductions
Reconcile e-commerce sales and settlements with bank accounts and accounting records
Handle payment gateway and online transaction reconciliations
Prepare MIS reports and regular financial statements
Manage accounts payable and receivable
Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, vendors, and internal departments
Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies
Required Experience & Skills
5+ years of accounting experience
Strong hands-on experience with Tally Prime
Mandatory experience in E-commerce accounting
Experience handling Amazon Seller Central reports and settlements
Experience with other online marketplaces will be an advantage
Strong knowledge of GST and Income Tax
Experience with inventory and logistics accounting
Good knowledge of E-Way Bills and E-Challans
Strong Excel and reconciliation skills
Ability to independently manage day-to-day accounting operations

Detail-oriented and highly accurate
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong understanding of e-commerce financial operations
Able to coordinate independently with internal teams, marketplaces, auditors, and consultants.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
