About the Role
We're looking for a warm, creative arts coach to lead hands-on art, craft, and creative-expression sessions for kids, age 3–10 years.
Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct age-appropriate art tutions (wax colors, oil pastels, shading, water colors)
- Adapt activities across age groups or as per their choice
- Maintain a safe, mess-friendly, non-toxic materials setup
- Display/showcase children's work (boosts parent-facing content too)
- Share a simple weekly plan with the school in advance
Requirements
- Experience working with young children (art teaching, fine arts background, or ECCE exposure preferred)
- Patient, energetic, comfortable with noise/mess/short attention spans
- Basic art supplies knowledge (safe, washable, age-appropriate materials)
- Own transport/ability to reach Anantnagar reliably on scheduled days
Nice to Have
- Prior preschool/daycare experience
- Comfortable being filmed briefly for Instagram (session clips, parent updates)
- Bilingual (English + Kannada/Hindi) for parent communication
Compensation: Per-session / per-month, based on experience (open to discussing — mention your expected rate)
