NIBS is looking for an experienced and passionate Executive Chef – Kitchen to lead our culinary operations and drive excellence in food quality, innovation, and kitchen management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage overall kitchen & culinary operations
- Ensure consistency in food quality, taste, presentation & portion control
- Menu planning, recipe standardization & new product development
- Manage food costing, wastage control & kitchen profitability
- Oversee inventory, raw material utilization & production planning
- Lead, train & develop the kitchen team
- Ensure strict hygiene, food safety & FSSAI compliance
- Manage high-volume kitchen, catering & event production
- Develop and implement kitchen SOPs and operational standards
What We’re Looking For:
- 7-8 years of experience in culinary & kitchen operations
- 2 years of experience in a senior kitchen leadership role
- Strong expertise in food costing, menu development & recipe standardization
- Experience in premium cafés, restaurants, hotels or large-scale catering operations
- Strong leadership, team management & problem-solving skills
- Passion for food innovation and delivering exceptional culinary experiences
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
