About the Role
Aharada Education is hiring an Assistant Professor – Computer Science for its academic collaboration with IIMT University, Meerut. We are looking for passionate educators with strong academic knowledge and practical expertise in Computer Science to deliver high-quality education, mentor students, and contribute to research and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Computer Science.
- Teach both theoretical and practical subjects in core Computer Science.
- Develop lesson plans, laboratory manuals, assignments, and assessment materials.
- Guide students in academic projects, internships, hackathons, coding competitions, and research activities.
- Mentor students for placements, technical certifications, and career development.
- Conduct research and publish papers in reputed journals and conferences.
- Participate in curriculum development in line with UGC/AICTE guidelines and industry requirements.
- Organize workshops, seminars, coding bootcamps, Faculty Development Programs (FDPs), and guest lectures.
- Collaborate with industry partners to facilitate internships, live projects, and placement opportunities.
- Contribute to departmental activities, accreditation processes (NAAC/NBA), examinations, and academic administration.
Qualifications
- M.Tech./ME in Computer Science & Engineering, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related discipline.
- MCA with an excellent academic record may also apply.
- Ph.D. in Computer Science or a relevant discipline will be preferred.
- Qualifications should be as per UGC/AICTE norms.
Experience
- Freshers with excellent academic records are encouraged to apply.
- 1–5 years of teaching, research, or industry experience in Computer Science is preferred.
- Experience in curriculum development, laboratory management, or funded research projects will be an added advantage.
