HR & Admin Trainee
Role Purpose
To support the HR and Administration team in daily operations and learn core HR functions like recruitment, employee management, and office administration.
Key Responsibilities HR Activities
- Assist in recruitment process (posting jobs, calling candidates, scheduling interviews)
- Help maintain employee records and files
- Support joining formalities & induction
- Track attendance and leave records
- Assist in payroll data preparation
- Handle basic employee queries
Admin Activities
- Support office administration work
- Maintain documents, registers, and reports
- Coordinate with vendors (housekeeping, security, etc.)
- Monitor office supplies & inventory
- Assist in facility management
- Learning Opportunities
- Exposure to HR operations
- Understanding of labour laws basics (PF, ESI)
- Experience with HRMS / Excel tools
- Working in a factory / corporate environment
Skills Required
- Basic communication skills
- Willingness to learn
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel & Word
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to work in a team
Qualification
- Any degree (BBA / B.Com / MBA HR preferred)
