We're Hiring | Sales Coordinator – Furniture Sales
Wolf Casa is looking for an enthusiastic and organized Sales Coordinator with experience in the Furniture Industry to support our sales team and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily sales activities and support the showroom sales team.
- Handle customer inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and showroom visits.
- Generate and follow up on leads to convert inquiries into sales.
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and maintain sales documentation.
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, customers, warehouse, logistics, and installation teams for smooth project execution.
- Maintain accurate customer data and update CRM/ERP systems regularly.
- Follow up on pending quotations, payments, deliveries, and installations.
- Collect customer feedback and ensure excellent after-sales service.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports (MIS).
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure a premium buying experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator, preferably in the Furniture, Interior, Home Décor, or Luxury Retail Industry.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and customer relationship skills.
- Experience in lead generation, customer follow-ups, and sales support.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, ERP, and CRM software.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced showroom environment.
- Candidates with prior furniture sales experience will be given preference.
