Position Overview
The Store & Inventory Executive is responsible for managing aluminium raw materials, consumables, and finished goods within the warehouse. The role ensures accurate stock control, proper storage, and timely issuance of materials to support smooth production and dispatch operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Material Receipt & Inspection
- Receive aluminium sheets, coils, and consumables from suppliers.
- Verify quality, quantity, and specifications against purchase orders.
- Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) and maintain inward registers.
- Maintain accurate stock records in ERP/manual registers.
- Track daily consumption, wastage, and balance stock.
- Implement FIFO/LIFO methods to minimize losses and ensure proper rotation.
- Ensure safe and organized storage of aluminium materials.
- Maintain housekeeping standards and compliance with safety norms.
- Prevent damage, corrosion, or contamination of aluminium stock.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
