Job Summary
The National Sports Club of India (NSCI), Worli, Mumbai, is looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to manage the overall maintenance and engineering operations of the Club.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day maintenance and engineering operations.
- Plan and monitor preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Ensure proper functioning of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, DG, pumps and other engineering systems.
- Oversee maintenance of Club, sports, F&B, kitchen and member areas.
- Ensure timely resolution of maintenance complaints and breakdowns.
- Monitor fire & life safety systems and statutory compliance.
- Manage AMC contractors, vendors and external service agencies.
- Monitor maintenance costs, spare parts, energy and utility consumption.
- Supervise and manage the Maintenance team, including duty allocation and performance.
- Maintain maintenance records, equipment history, AMC documents and service reports.
- Coordinate with Administration, Security, Housekeeping, F&B, Sports, Purchase and other departments.
- Handle emergency breakdowns and ensure minimum disruption to Club operations.
- Support repair, renovation and infrastructure improvement projects.
Candidate Profile
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil or related Engineering field.
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in maintenance/engineering, preferably in a Club, Hotel, Hospitality, Commercial or large facility environment.
- Strong knowledge of electrical, HVAC, plumbing and general building maintenance.
- Experience in team management, vendor coordination and preventive maintenance.
- Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
