Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Screen resumes and coordinate interviews.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Support payroll, attendance, and leave management.
- Assist with employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Handle employee queries and resolve workplace issues.
- Coordinate training and development programs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of HR experience (for executive-level roles).
- Knowledge of recruitment processes and labor regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.

Preferred
