We are looking for a Lead / Senior Software Engineer - .NET with Azure & Kubernetes to design, develop and improve the digital products and technology services we provide to our clients and employees. You will apply a broad range of software engineering practices while advocating for client needs and contributing to our engineering culture.
Responsibilities

Design, develop and improve the digital products and technology services provided to clients and employees

Apply a broad range of software engineering practices, from analyzing user needs and developing new features to automated testing and deployment

Ensure the quality, security, reliability and compliance of solutions by applying digital principles and implementing both functional and non-functional requirements

Build observability into solutions, monitor production health, help to resolve incidents and remediate the root cause of risks and issues

Understand, represent and advocate for client needs

Share knowledge and expertise with colleagues, help with hiring and contribute regularly to our engineering culture and internal communities
Requirements
-
6-15 years of experience in software engineering
-
Bachelor's and/or Master's degree or equivalent focusing on Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related technical discipline

Strong expertise in C# and .NET Core

Knowledge of messaging platforms, ideally Kafka

Familiarity with containers, ideally Kubernetes
-
Background in Agile, Test Driven Development and DevOps practices

Showcase of engineering best practices and delivering Clean Code as a Software Craftsperson

Good communication skills, both written and verbal

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for figuring out how things work

Keen interest in understanding how the business works alongside a passion for learning and innovation

Understanding of Microservice and Event-Driven architecture

Expertise in Cloud architecture and engineering, ideally on Microsoft Azure (Kubernetes Service, Container Apps, App Service, Functions, Event Grid and Service Bus)
