About the Role
We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and visionary Principal to lead our school with a strong focus on academic excellence, discipline, teacher development, and student welfare. The Principal will be responsible for the overall administration, academic planning, staff management, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement of the institution.
Key Responsibilities
Provide academic and administrative leadership to the school.
Ensure effective implementation of the CBSE curriculum, policies, and school objectives.
Supervise and evaluate teaching staff to maintain high standards of teaching and learning.
Prepare academic calendars, timetables, examination schedules, and school development plans.
Monitor lesson planning, classroom instruction, notebook correction, assessments, and student performance.
Maintain discipline, safety, and a positive school culture.
Conduct regular staff meetings, classroom observations, and teacher performance reviews.
Organize teacher training programmes and professional development activities.
Communicate effectively with parents and address academic and student-related concerns.
Ensure compliance with CBSE guidelines, statutory regulations, and school policies.
Oversee admissions, school events, inspections, audits, and documentation.
Coordinate with the Management regarding academic progress, staffing, budgeting, and institutional development.
Promote innovation, technology integration, and continuous improvement in teaching-learning practices.
Qualifications
Master's Degree in any discipline.
B.Ed. is mandatory.
Minimum 5-10 years of teaching experience with at least 3 years of experience in a leadership role such as Principal, Vice Principal, Academic Coordinator, or Head of School.
Sound knowledge of CBSE curriculum, policies, and school administration.
Strong leadership, communication, decision-making, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and digital learning platforms.

Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
Experience in academic planning and curriculum implementation.

Salary
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications, experience, and interview performance.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
